Will we be charged when the free trial is over?
We do not collect credit card information during your free trial or if you decide to use Hive Free. If you choose to upgrade, we will then collect credit card information and bill based on your subscription type.
What if we need more than 14 days to test out Hive?
For the first two weeks you use any of our Hive plans, you’ll have access to our full suite of features, regardless of the plan you’ve chosen. If you have additional questions about the plan that is right for you, or need to extend your trial to test a specific functionality, get in touch with us.
How do I upgrade my trial account?
You can upgrade your account during the 14-day free trial or from Hive Solo plan at any time. Upgrade now or contact us to discuss your options.
How can I pay for Hive?
We accept all major credit cards. For account payments that meet certain minimums, we accept bank transfers and check payments. If you have any payment questions, please email finance@hive.com
How do I change or cancel my plan?
To update your subscription, visit your profile picture dropdown and select “Upgrade.” To cancel your subscription, please email our finance team at finance@hive.com
Does Hive offer discounts for non-profits?
Absolutely! Non-profit teams are eligible for a discount on our Hive Teams plan. Contact us for your non-profit discount code.
